How to be a good manager (or a bad boss)
We conducted a first-of-its-kind people management survey and are now releasing this report with our findings. Through surveying more than 5,000 people across 22 industries, we were able to collect insights about the traits of great (and not-so-great) managers.
The Predictive Index 2018 People Management Study includes analysis of the survey data, as well as commentary on the findings from management experts. This data will help you understand employees’ perspectives on the managerial traits employees value most.
Additional survey and report highlights:
- 77 percent of survey respondents with bad managers plan to jump ship
- 94 percent of employees with great bosses are passionate about their jobs
- Men and women match up evenly as managers
- Millennials more than hold their ground as people managers.
